About Core Strength + Zumba

Core Strength + Zumba is a fun, results-driven workout that combines targeted core training with high-energy dance cardio. This 75 minute class is designed to strengthen and sculpt your core while torching calories through upbeat, easy-to-follow Zumba routines.

The first portion of class focuses on building a strong, stable core—targeting your abs, obliques, hips, glutes, and lower back. Using bodyweight movements and resistance bands, you’ll work through exercises like planks, crunches, and stability drills that help tighten the waistline, improve posture, and support everyday movement.

Then we turn up the energy with Zumba. You’ll dance to Latin and global-inspired music, mixing cardio bursts with rhythm-based choreography that keeps your heart rate up and your mood high. It doesn’t feel like “work”—it feels like a party with serious fitness benefits.
